I believe this is the first formal portrait of Gram's older kids.

Theodora/Dora/Doris was born in April 1910
Lambert/Lanny was born in July 1911
Johanna/Anna/Ann was born in April 1909.

As children, Mom and Aunt Ann often had
their little tea parties;
my Grandmother supplied the goodies.
Quite often, the goodies were roasted peanuts.
Aunt Ann, being the elder of the two,
took charge of the preparations.

Mom would go running to Grandma in tears
because of the "repast" that my aunt set out.
Aunt Ann got the peanuts,
Mom got the shells.
